Every pensioner has a unique financial situation to work with. Here are a few words from some past clients who found a pension buyout to be tremendously helpful.
I am a retired USAF MSgt who has taken advantage of … selling a portion of my pension for the purpose of achieving something that I would not otherwise be able to achieve without their program. My first transaction was in 1997 when I requested their services.
I had just gotten remarried to a wonderful woman and we wanted our own home. Only by allowing … to purchase some of my pension was I able to place a sizeable down payment on our home. Unfortunately, within three months of doing so, I lost my employment and was unemployed for 11 plus months. During that time, I used all means available to me to “keep our heads above water”, but eventually, lost everything. Again in 2000, I used … to help with some bills and to provide my wife, who is from Laos, the ability to go home to visit her mother whom she hadn’t seen in over 10 years. I felt it very important as my wife’s father died and she wasn’t able to go home for his funeral. I used their services again in 2003 to pay-off a substantial number of creditors that I was struggling to keep current. My income as a truck driver has not been the most consistent or sizeable, therefore the reason we have been struggling since our marriage.
… Without them, I am sure that I would probably be on welfare and living in a “homeless” motel. That may sound a little melodramatic or exaggerated, but for a person my age, that is a very real possibility as there aren’t any employers that will give a person my age a first chance….
They charge a very fair amount for their services. I understand that they are in the business of making money, and if they can help me get back on my feet and better myself, I have no complaint.

This letter should be considered a letter of recommendation … .
I served as a police officer and was well on my way to retirement. In fact, I had been a police officer for twenty (20) years but had only been employed for seven (7) years with the Gainesville Police Department and had an additional thirteen (13) years before I was eligible to retire. In1998 I injured my knee and was forced to retire. I had already begun to prepare for a future and was completing my masters degree. I realized that I was still left with options that were not suitable as far as employment. In fact, every position that I accepted paid half of what I made as a police officer, with poor benefits, and a poor retirement. My retirement was 42% of my base salary. So I continued and completed my Ph.D. To accomplish this goal my family endured a financial hardship that was supported by credit cards and student loans. We had acquired an insurmountable amount of debt. I applied … and paid off all of our debts by utilizing my pension. With the acquisition of my Ph.D. my income is suitable and will continue to grow.

Thank you for the opportunity that you have made available to my wife and I concerning our pension. Looking to our future we decided we needed some immediate financial assistance and we found your company.
Some other companies we looked at, took our information and for one reason or another they were unwilling or unable to assist us.
With the advanced funding we received …, we were able to consolidate most of our debt, including paying off a car loan and several high interest credit cards and still had enough left for a wonderful very much needed vacation to Indiana to visit with family and see our son graduate high school, we almost gave up on being able to be there for that.
By paying off our debt we will avoid long-term high interest rates, thereby saving thousands of dollars and we were able to effect a positive influence on our credit score.
The entire staff … were very helpful and addressed all of our concerns and questions with knowledge, care and understanding. Futhermore, they would not allow the application process to proceed until they were satisfied that our questions and concerns were answered and we understood those answers. In short, they were not out just to sign us up, but the staff approached our application as if it were one of theirs and there were not going to let us continue until they were confident that we were fully informed.
The professionalism, expertise and efficiency displayed …, are on a level with the finest organizations in the world. I am a retired U.S. Marine, with over 20 years of service and I was very pleased and impressed with the entire staff … .
From when we started the application to when we received our funding was less than five weeks and it took that long only because of some delays on my end. Were it not for these delays, I am very confident that the application process would have taken less than two weeks.
